Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using Vizydesign for an employer or client, you confirm you are authorised to accept on their behalf.

• You keep all rights to the photographs you upload.
• You own the images and clips Vizydesign generates from them, and may use them commercially — including on listings and in printed marketing.
• We claim no licence over your output beyond what is technically required to store it and show it back to you.

By uploading a photograph you confirm that:

• you own it, or have permission from whoever does — photographers usually retain copyright even when a listing has paid for the shoot;
• you have any consent needed from the property owner or occupier;
• it does not contain a person who has not agreed to it being processed.

• Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted, and returned in full whenever one fails, is flagged by the safety checker, or is cancelled before it completes.
• Plan credits are granted at the start of each billing period. Whether they roll over, and up to what cap, depends on the plan.
• Credits have no cash value and are not refundable for money, except where consumer law requires it.
• Credits from a purchased pack do not expire.

You may not use Vizydesign to:

• produce images that misrepresent a property in a way that could deceive a buyer or tenant — see our virtual staging disclosure guidance;
• process photographs you have no right to;
• generate content that is unlawful, or that depicts a real person without their consent;
• resell raw access to the generation service, or automate it beyond your plan’s concurrency limit.

We may suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach. Where we do, unused credits are refunded pro rata unless the breach was fraudulent.

Every image Vizydesign produces is a digitally altered photograph, and in most jurisdictions that must be disclosed on a listing. Meeting that obligation is your responsibility. Our virtual staging disclosure guidance explains what is normally expected.

We aim for continuous availability and do not promise it. Generation depends on a third-party provider, and an outage there will affect us. If a generation cannot be completed, the credits return to your balance automatically — that is the remedy.

Vizydesign is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

We are not liable for the consequences of publishing a generated image — including any claim arising from inadequate disclosure. You review every image before it is published.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You can close your account at any time. A subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and is not pro-rated. We may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach.

We will email account holders at least 14 days before any material change. Continuing to use Vizydesign after that means you accept the new version.
