About Vizydesign
Property photography software for people who have to publish the result.

The problem
An empty room photographs badly. Buyers cannot judge scale from bare floorboards, and listings with unfurnished photographs sit longer. Physical staging solves it and costs thousands per property, which puts it out of reach for most listings.
Virtual staging solves the economics, and until recently it traded them for a different problem: the results looked generated. Furniture floated. Perspective drifted. Windows appeared that were not there.
The principle
A listing image is a legal document as much as a marketing one. So the constraint that governs every prompt in Vizydesign is that the room must not change — wall positions, ceiling height, window and door placement, and camera perspective are preserved exactly. Only the contents change.
That constraint is not a setting. It is applied to every generation, on every operation, and it is why the output is usable on a real listing rather than merely impressive.
How it is built
- Twelve features that collapse onto three provider capabilities, so the product grows by configuration rather than by accumulating services.
- Two independently designed experiences — one for a desktop workstation, one for a phone — selected on the server, so a phone never downloads the desktop application.
- Credits reserved before any provider call and refunded on every failure path, so a failed render never costs a customer anything.
- A vendor boundary enforced by tooling, so the generation provider can be replaced without touching the product.
What we will not do
- Train models on your photographs. We do not train models at all.
- Make disclosure harder. Every original is kept, and our guidance on labelling is linked from every page.
- Charge for a render you did not receive.
Talk to us
Vizydesign is small and actively built. If something is missing or wrong, tell us — at this size, that is genuinely how the roadmap gets set.
